The room I stayed in was well-kept and had a stove top and a full kitchen, just like I expected. I really appreciated the smooth check-in process and being able to check out late. 🙌

The receptionists were very friendly and accomodating. The room was more than we expected. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The bathroom was spacious. I liked the tv on a swivel for viewing in two areas. The choices and freshness of the breakfast were great. The extra throw blanket at the end of the bed came in handy too.

I might suggest a dimmer switch to the bathroom sink area since there isn't a door. Needing a key card to get back into the lobby from the pool was a nuisance.

While it was convenient to our purpose for being in Savannah(weekend getaway with the kids) we were very impressed with the staff. Everyone was so friendly and accomodating. I would definitely book again at the Residence in on another trip to Savannah.

The room was clean and equipped with a kitchen, hot breakfast, and a full-size fridge, making for a comfortable stay, and the location was conveniently close to Pulaski Square for a pleasant walk.

Hotel public spaces were dirty. Glasses were laying in the hallway outside our door for 2 days. Dirty carpet, etc.

Pretty much everything. The staff was amazing, from desk to conciërge, great room, perfectly located next to the visite center, very good tips and information, great breakfast, happy hour including appetizers, Awesome!!! We'll be back. Special gereinigd to Chedric!!

This hotel easy to city. Trolley right out front and a walk that was great to old homes that difive description. Staff was wonderful!!! Facility was wonderful!!!

The room was impressive and bright, with a full-size fridge in the bedroom. It is centrally located and a comfortable place for exploring Savannah. - There is a great restaurant close to the hotel.

Interesting place for exploring Savannah. Fairly clean hotel, genuinely friendly employees at check-out. Unbeatable and excellent location, steps away from Georgia State Railroad Museum, appreciated this place. Just 15 min walking to city center. Lots of options, appetising food. Fine check-in, parking on site. Great pool.
